- Download the entry form from the schedule page
- Complete the form and write a check for the entry fee
- Mail to the address above by the entry deadline
Cancellations
To cancel your tournament entry, email CSRASeniors1@yahoo.com by noon on the cancellation deadline listed on your entry form to be eligible for a refund.
